Starting use:
- Usually getting used to compression pressure takes 1-3 training sessions, so do not start using a compression product eg at a competition event
Recommended use:
- Used during performance, use can be started for 30-45 min. prior to performance
Dressing Instruction:
- Always dress and remove the sleeves instead of pulling.
- Dress up the sleeves enough so that the upper reservoir of the sleeves comes close to the armpit.
- Always wear the compression product against the skin, so do not leave, for example, the sleeve of the shirt or the like.
- The reinforced cellular zone of the sleeves comes to the outside of the elbow.
