How to use Tritanium compression products?

Compression socks

Dressing:

  • Always dress the product by "rolling" (not pulling) and carefully arrange it.
  • Always wear a compression product against the skin, so do not leave, for example, a leg or similar product.
  • Removing the product should also be done by rolling. 

Compression

Dressing:

  • Dress and remove the ankle support gently by "rolling" and carefully insert the heel cup.
  • Dress the compression ankle supports in a lower layer against the skin if you use the so -called support. Normal sock.
  • If you use ankle supports with compression socks, then the ankle support is worn over a compression sock.
  • Supports can be used during performance, for example in a training shoe together with the sock. Can also be used to treat injuries as such without a sock.

  • Always dress and remove the knee supports by "rolling", do not pull the upper reservoir. 
  • Note! The supports should be dressed so that 2/3 of the support goes above the knee and 1/3 is below the knee. In addition, the subsidies should be dressed directly against the bare skin and it is advisable to remove the extra "pull" off the top by putting the support properly in place. 

Recommended use:

  • Used during performance, use can be started, for example, 15-30 minutes. prior to performance

Starting use:

  • Usually getting used to compression pressure takes 1-3 training sessions, so do not start using a compression product eg at a competition event

Recommended use:

  • Used during performance, use can be started 30-45 min before running

Aptitude:

  • Ideal for almost any kind of exercise and sport

Compression sleeves

Dressing:

  • Always dress and remove the sleeves instead of pulling.
  • Dress up the sleeves enough so that the upper reservoir of the sleeves comes close to the armpit.
  • Always wear the compression product against the skin, so do not leave, for example, the sleeve of the shirt or the like.
  • The reinforced cellular zone of the sleeves comes to the outside of the elbow.

Starting use:

  • Usually getting used to compression pressure takes 1-3 training sessions, so do not start using a compression product eg at a competition event

Recommended use:

  • Used during performance, use can be started for 30-45 min. prior to performance
